Product Description
Epoxy board is composite materials manufactured by hot-pressing a resin matrix of epoxy resin, reinforced with curing agents, fillers, and other auxiliary additives, under high temperature and pressure. Depending on the resin system, glass fiber content, and intended application. It is primarily classified into the following types:
EPGC epoxy board: EPGC Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminate is manufactured by impregnating alkali-free glass fiber cloth (treated with a silane coupling agent) with epoxy resin, followed by hot-pressing. It is suitable for use as insulating structural components in Class B to H motors and electrical equipment, including those with flame-retardant requirements, as well as for various other applications.
3240 epoxy board: Compliant with the JB/T 56040-92 standard, it uses alkali-free glass fiber fabric for electrical applications as its base material, with a heat resistance class of B (130°C), and is suitable for humid environments and transformer oil.
